Compensation:

The position is structured with an uncapped sales commission plan that is truly worth considering. This includes a selected product line that is taking the market by storm that can get you started fast earning serious money. You will earn $56,000 at goal, but with a 40% of GM$ commission rate, with the right contacts and a willingness to work hard and smart, $100K is doable and the sky is the limit!

A base salary is provided as well as a draw against commissions that is commensurate with the level of executive talent you bring to the table. This is to provide you with the security and protection you need so you can stay focused on reaching your goals.
